The First OPI Summit on DPU/IPUs will be co-located with OCP Global summit, and will take place on October 13, 2025, at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, CA, USA.
The OPI Summit is open to everyone involved in the design, development, integration, marketing, use, or support of DPU/IPUs, or related hardware, software, or services.
The first OPI Summit on DPU/IPUs seeks original, high-quality submissions that improve and further the knowledge of DPU/IPUs, with an emphasis on ease-of-use, PoC implementations and experimental results. We are interested in systems of all scales, from small embedded devices to data centers and clouds.
The scope of the Summit covers all practical aspects related to DPUs/IPUs, including but not limited to:
- Applications on DPU/IPUs – networking, security, storage, HPC, etc.
- Provisioning and LCM of DPU/IPUs – vendor agnostic solutions.
- Use DPU/IPUs in Kubernetes environments – use-cases, operators, resource-management, etc.
- Fleet Management solutions for DPU/IPUs
- APIs for DPU/IPUs
- Standards and Interoperability applicable to DPU/IPUs
- DPU/IPUs in AI infrastructure
- July 31: Submission Deadline
- August 30: Selection Notification
- September 5: Agenda goes live
- September 20: First Draft Due
- October 6: Final Presentation Deck Due
- October 13, 8am-12pm PT: OPI Summit
